What's included in a typical cleaning?

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. You are not required to be home at any point during your cleaning. That being said, if this is your first appointment, it's usually a good idea to be present when the cleaning crew arrives so that you can provide them with a walk-through of your home. Once your cleaning is complete, it's also a good idea to walk-through the home again in order to ensure that everything is to your satisfaction.

How can I get a quote for the cleaning of my office / commercial location?

We try to make this as easy as possible. You can either call our office (559.331.4268) or fill out the quote form on our contact us page. Once we have that information, a representative will contact you within 24 hours to provide you with a ball park estimate. If that estimate sounds good to you, we will then need to schedule a short site visit in order to finalize that quote.

Is Brazican Cleaning Service bonded & insured?

Yes. Rest assured that we are a legitimate company. As such, we are fully licensed, bonded and insured.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept credit, debit and cash only.

I am interested in scheduling an appointment. How can I find your availability?

We make this super easy! You can either call our office at (559.331.0541) or visit our online booking page. After selecting the service you'd like, a calendar will appear with our availability. Just pick your desired date and time and you are all set!

Is a tip already included in the cost of my cleaning?

No. Our prices do not include any tips or gratuity. Tips are not required, but your cleaning crew will definitely appreciate any gratuity for a job well done.

Free parking is NOT available in my complex. Is this added to the cost of my cleaning?

Yes. In instances where we are required to pay for parking, this fee is added to the total for your cleaning.

Do I need to provide any of the needed equipment or supplies?

No. We bring everything needed to provide you with a great cleaning experience.

What happens next?

You'll get a text, email or a call from us to confirm your appointment date and time, size of your home, price and other details. Please reply with any special house cleaning requests, issues, or other important info related to your house cleaning service.

How many hours should I choose?

Studio and 1-bedroom apartments can usually be cleaned in 2-3 hours. Houses and apartments with 2-3 bedrooms typically need 3-4 hours. Homes with 4-5 bedrooms usually need 5 hours or more. Hours of cleaning are working hours or man-hours which means 4 hours can be covered by 2 people working together for 2 hours or 1 person for 4 hours.

How do the estimates work?

Estimates are based on the specific work required for each service. Nine out of 10 customers find the pre-defined work description fits their needs, and have no change between the estimate and final price. If additional hours are required to complete your service, the pro will discuss this with you at the time of your appointment.
